Your pet’s medical records can be forwarded to both you and your new veterinarian. If you have not chosen a new veterinary clinic at this time, we would be happy to email or fax a copy of your pet’s medical record directly to you.

Requests can be emailed info@capilanopethospital.ca. The email will be checked daily, Monday through Friday. Please inform us if your family veterinarian requires your pet’s record urgently, and we will transfer the records as soon as possible.
